On April 25, 2025, Lianyungang Jiangshan Shensi New Materials Co., Ltd. held the first board meeting of the first session. The meeting was chaired by Sun Zhenbo, the company’s Chairman and General Manager. Directors Yamane Ryosuke, President of the Japan-Jiangsu Economic and Trade Promotion Association, and Chen Jing, Executive Deputy General Manager of the Spandex Company, attended the meeting. Guo Song, General Manager of Shandong Zheng 谷 New Material Technology Co., Ltd., Liu Jingxin, Deputy General Manager of the Spandex Company, and others attended the meeting as non-voting participants.

The meeting heard a detailed report on the company’s establishment, deliberated and approved many agendas such as the 2025 annual business objectives, leadership appointments, key work plans, and three-year development plans. The participants had in-depth discussions on the market promotion plan and sales plan and put forward constructive opinions. The meeting emphasized that the entire company must unify its thinking, clarify its goals, and strictly advance work according to the time nodes to ensure the high-quality completion of the annual tasks.
